Symptom
A Customer's CDP Server is set to "Brisbane time GMT +10," which is abbreviated as "EST-10." The time zone is displayed whenever strings /etc/localtime is run. When the server is set to this time zone, "US-EST" is displayed in the CDP interface instead of "Brisbane GMT+10."
Resolution
The issue has been fixed by the addition of a time zone setting in CDP 4.0.0. You can now override the OS time zone in CDP and DCC Server configuration. See Configuring Language Settings.
